Mechanical Technician
What are you going to do
- The Mechanical Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Mechanical Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Product Line's assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.
- 5+ years of experience as an Mechanical Maintenance Technician in MWD, LWD, RSS, or Motors within the D&M or Well Construction Measurements (WCM) division of oilfield service companies.
- Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
- Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
- Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and repair authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
- Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts.
- Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
- Comply with the TLM Competency Management System.

- فني الميكانيكا مسؤول عن ضمان تسليم المعدات في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لمتطلبات التشغيل. يُحسّن فني الميكانيكا نسبة الوقت غير الإنتاجي لصيانة أصول خط الإنتاج ضمن قاعدة الصيانة (MB)، ويُحسّن كفاءة الصيانة وإنتاجية الموظفين.
- أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة كفني صيانة ميكانيكية في MWD أو LWD أو RSS أو المحركات ضمن قسم D&M أو قياسات بناء الآبار (WCM) لشركات خدمات حقول النفط.
- صيانة المعدات المخصصة وفقًا لبرنامج الصيانة ذي الصلة والمتوافق مع استراتيجية الصيانة المرتكزة على الموثوقية من خلال الالتزام بنظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة والعمل القياسي.
- الالتزام بالانضباط المعاملاتي ضمن أنظمة إدارة دورة حياة التكنولوجيا (TLM) لتسجيل المواد والإمدادات وتكاليف العمالة وسجل أداء صيانة المعدات مثل الحركات وأوامر العمل والأجزاء المستخدمة والوقت اللازم للصيانة.
- متوافق مع معايير خط إنتاج TLM.
- المشاركة في ثقافة التحسين المستمر والمبادرات وخطط التحسين داخل البلدية لتحسين استخدام الأصول وتكلفة تقديم الخدمة (CoSD).
- المشاركة في جهود التحسين المستمر لتحسين وقت تشغيل الأصول، والذي يشمل تقليل وقت التوقف بسبب الصيانة وأرقام تصاريح الأجزاء والإصلاح والأعطال والعمل قيد التقدم.
- دعم جهود التحسين المستمر لتحسين كفاءة وإنتاجية فنيي الصيانة.
- تنفيذ مشاريع CoSD، مثل إصلاح الأجزاء وإعادة استخدامها بشكل مخطط.
- المشاركة في تحقيقات الفشل حسب التكليف.
