Sales engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural Engineering preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in sales in general contracting companies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and contractors.
• Ability to prepare outstanding technical and commercial presentations.
• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs and negotiate contracts.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (writing and speaking).
• In-depth knowledge of the contracting market in Kuwait.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Practical experience in the contracting field (preferably in general contracting companies).
• Ability to negotiate, communicate with clients and present technical proposals.
• Strong marketing and sales skills to bring in new contracts.
• Deep understanding of the local market and major project requirements.
• Knowledge in preparing technical and commercial presentations.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities:

• Searching for new opportunities to sign contracts with new clients and expand the existing client base.
• Continuous communication with potential and existing clients to provide technical and commercial proposals.
• Providing technical advice to clients on available and most appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on negotiation procedures and close deals with clients.
• Follow up on project implementation after signing contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of implementation.
• Preparing periodic reports on opportunities and sales.
• Searching for new opportunities to obtain new contracts in large and small projects.
• Providing technical and financial proposals to clients.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor the market and know the latest trends and requirements in contracting projects.

Structural engineer Two job opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and quantity surveying.
• Proven experience in designing private residential buildings, investment properties, and commercial and industrial projects.
• Full knowledge of Kuwait Municipality regulations and approved technical standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, Safe, Excel, etc.
• Ability to prepare technical studies, reports, and drawings with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects, including site preparation, foundation work, and structural construction.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists to define project specifications and requirements.

• القدرة على إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية المتميزة.

• خبرة مثبتة في تصميم المباني السكنية الخاصة والعقارات الاستثمارية والمشاريع التجارية والصناعية.
• - المعرفة التامة بأنظمة بلدية الكويت والمعايير الفنية المعتمدة.
