Job Overview

MAS Architects is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer with expertise in structural design and site supervision. You will be responsible for developing residential building structures, ensuring safety, and coordinating on-site activities with a focus on compliance with contract specifications. Proficiency in structural analysis software and hands-on construction supervision is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop residential building structures following Kuwait’s building standards and climate.

• Perform structural analysis and design using software such as ETABS, STAAD, REVIT, and AutoCAD.

• Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety policies.

• Coordinate between architecture, civil, structural, and MEP engineering teams.

• Ensure timely delivery of required information for material procurement.

• Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering preferred.

• At least 5-10 years of experience in structural design and site supervision in Kuwait.

• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD, REVIT, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

• BIM experience is preferred.

• Valid Kuwait Driving License.

• Registered with Kuwait municipality for structural design and site supervision.

عن الوظيفة

المهام الرئيسية

الشروط

• درجة بكاليريوس في الهندسة المدنية، ويفضل تخصص في الهندسة الهيكلية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5-10 سنوات في تصميم الهياكل والإشراف على المواقع في الكويت.

• إجادة برامج ETABS، STAAD، REVIT، AutoCAD، وبرامج أخرى ذات صلة.

• يفضل خبرة في BIM.

• رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية.

• مسجل لدى بلدية الكويت لتصميم الهياكل والإشراف على المواقع.
