Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Kuwait market.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in Kuwait.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with customers.
• Expand the company’s presence in modern trade, food service, and traditional trade channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, Sales team) to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies.

Experience and Skills Required:

• BA -BS in Business/Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of Kuwait experience in FMCG and/or 5+ years in B2B food sales.
• Understanding of food industry regulations and logistics in Kuwait.
• Persuasive negotiator, problem-solver, and culturally savvy.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, other languages are plus.
• Preferably candidates are currently based in Kuwait.

مدير تسويق  

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحديد وتطوير فرص الأعمال الجديدة في سوق الكويت.
• تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المبيعات الاستراتيجية لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات في الكويت.
• إنشاء وتنمية علاقات قوية مع العملاء والموزعين الرئيسيين.
• التفاوض على العقود والأسعار وشروط التجارة مع العملاء.
• توسيع حضور الشركة في التجارة الحديثة وخدمة الأغذية وقنوات التجارة التقليدية.
• التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية (التسويق، والخدمات اللوجستية، وفريق المبيعات) لتقديم خدمة سلسة.
• راقب اتجاهات السوق ونشاط المنافسين وردود أفعال العملاء لتحسين الاستراتيجيات.

الخبرة والمهارات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال والتسويق.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الكويت في مجال السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول و/أو 5 سنوات أو أكثر في مبيعات المواد الغذائية B2B.
• فهم لوائح صناعة الأغذية والخدمات اللوجستية في الكويت.
• مفاوض مقنع، ومحلل للمشاكل، وذو خبرة ثقافية.
• الكفاءة في استخدام أدوات MS Office و CRM.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية واللغات الأخرى هي ميزة إضافية.
• يفضل أن يكون المرشحون مقيمون حاليًا في الكويت.
