Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination, preferably oil & gas

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments

• Prepare and follow up on RFQs, POs, and delivery schedules

• Maintain sales records and respond to customer inquiries promptly

المتطلبات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تنسيق المبيعات، ويفضل في مجال النفط والغاز

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم

• إجادة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ والعربية ميزة إضافية

المسؤوليات

• دعم فريق المبيعات بالعروض، الاقتراحات، ومعالجة الطلبات

• التواصل مع العملاء والموردين والأقسام الداخلية

• إعداد ومتابعة طلبات العروض وطلبات الشراء وجداول التسليم

• الحفاظ على سجلات المبيعات والرد السريع على استفسارات العملاء
