Oracle HCM Consultant

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the
  Global HR module, along with at least one other module (preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labour, or Recruitment).
• Conduct
  client workshops, solution designing, and configuration on the module.
• Preferred experience with
  data migration to Oracle Cloud.
• Ability to
  handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
• Experience in
  migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge in
  Global HR and at least one additional module.
• Proven track record in
  client workshops and
  solution designing.

• Experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud is a plus.

• Ability to work remotely with flexibility in timing.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• القدرة على
  إدارة المهام المتعددة في وقت واحد والتبديل بين المهام بسرعة.
• خبرة في
  هجرة التغييرات في الإعدادات من بيئة غير الإنتاج إلى بيئة الإنتاج.

المتطلبات

• 6 سنوات أو أكثر من الخبرة في العمل مع وحدات Oracle HCM.
• معرفة قوية بـ
  الموارد البشرية العالمية ووحدة أخرى على الأقل.
• سجل حافل في
  ورش العمل مع العملاء و
  تصميم الحلول.

• خبرة في الهجرة إلى Oracle Cloud تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• القدرة على العمل عن بُعد مع مرونة في أوقات العمل.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة سريعة.
