Warehouse Supervisor

About this job

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee centralized warehouse operations supporting multiple factories and business units. 
• This role is critical in ensuring efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated inventory control processes that align with production, fabrication, and delivery requirements.

🔍 Responsibilities

•  ✅ Manage a centralized warehouse operation serving various divisions and business units
•  ✅ Oversee material handling, inventory accuracy, and traceability across all units
•  ✅ Supervise daily warehouse activities and manpower allocation
•  ✅ Maintain and monitor inventory using ERP systems.
•  ✅ Ensure proper documentation and compliance with ISO standards
•  ✅ Monitor the flow of raw materials, consumables, and high-risk items
•  ✅ Control scrap material transfers to relevant subsidiary companies
•  ✅ Coordinate with QA, Compliance, Procurement & Finance departments
•  ✅ Supervise bulk import offloading and internal distribution
•  ✅ Optimize warehouse layout and ensure safe operation of handling equipment

🎓 Qualifications:

•  ✔ Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
•  ✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management in industrial or construction environments
•  ✔ Proven ability to manage centralized warehouse functions across multiple sites
•  ✔ Familiarity with Enfinity System is highly preferred
•  ✔ Strong organizational and leadership skills
•  ✔ Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication abilities
•  ✔ Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement

حول هذه الوظيفة

• نحن نبحث عن مشرف مستودع ماهر وذو خبرة للإشراف على عمليات المستودعات المركزية التي تدعم المصانع ووحدات الأعمال المتعددة. 
• يعد هذا الدور بالغ الأهمية لضمان عمليات التحكم في المخزون الفعالة والمتوافقة والمنسقة بشكل جيد والتي تتوافق مع متطلبات الإنتاج والتصنيع والتسليم.

🔍 المسؤوليات

•  ✅ إدارة عمليات المستودعات المركزية التي تخدم مختلف الأقسام ووحدات الأعمال
•  ✅ الإشراف على مناولة المواد ودقة المخزون وإمكانية التتبع عبر جميع الوحدات
•  ✅ الإشراف على أنشطة المستودع اليومية وتخصيص القوى العاملة
•  ✅ صيانة ومراقبة المخزون باستخدام أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
•  ✅ ضمان التوثيق السليم والامتثال لمعايير ISO
•  ✅ مراقبة تدفق المواد الخام والمواد الاستهلاكية والعناصر عالية الخطورة
•  ✅ التحكم في نقل المواد الخردة إلى الشركات الفرعية ذات الصلة
•  ✅ التنسيق مع أقسام ضمان الجودة والامتثال والمشتريات والمالية
•  ✅ الإشراف على تفريغ الواردات السائبة والتوزيع الداخلي
•  ✅ تحسين تخطيط المستودعات وضمان التشغيل الآمن لمعدات المناولة

🎓 المؤهلات:

•  ✔ درجة البكالوريوس في الخدمات اللوجستية أو سلسلة التوريد أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة
•  ✔ خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المستودعات/المخزون في البيئات الصناعية أو الإنشائية
•  ✔ القدرة المثبتة على إدارة وظائف المستودعات المركزية عبر مواقع متعددة
•  ✔ يفضل بشدة أن تكون لديك معرفة بنظام Enfinity
•  ✔ مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية
•  ✔ مهارات ممتازة في التوثيق والتنسيق والتواصل
•  ✔ الالتزام بالسلامة والدقة والتحسين المستمر
