Experienced Associate - Transaction Fraud

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring payment transactions for any suspicious or unusual activity
• Ensure that daily business activities are carried out with minimal errors
• Maintain accurate records of all fraudulent cases
• Analyze transaction data to identify emerging fraud trends or patterns
• Prepare MIS reports on fraud transactions and any other authorization related exceptions to the line manager
• Assist line manager with any other activities or responsibilities assigned from time to time
• Assist in testing and implementing recommended rule changes or any other system enhancement

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

• المسؤول عن مراقبة معاملات الدفع بحثًا عن أي نشاط مشبوه أو غير عادي
• تأكد من تنفيذ الأنشطة التجارية اليومية بأقل قدر من الأخطاء
• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع الحالات الاحتيالية
• تحليل بيانات المعاملات لتحديد اتجاهات أو أنماط الاحتيال الناشئة
• إعداد تقارير نظام المعلومات الإدارية بشأن معاملات الاحتيال وأي استثناءات أخرى متعلقة بالتفويض إلى مدير الخط
• مساعدة مدير الخط في أي أنشطة أو مسؤوليات أخرى يتم تعيينها من وقت لآخر
