📋 Requirements

For Both Positions:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP (Finance modules for AP/AR; Inventory modules for Inventory Accountant)

• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills

• Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls

• Construction industry background preferred

1. Senior AP/AR Accountant – Oracle ERP

• Process and match supplier invoices in Oracle Payables

• Ensure payment accuracy (cheques, TT, wire) and on-time disbursement

• Reconcile AP and AR subledgers with the General Ledger

• Monitor customer accounts, manage collections, apply payments

• Handle customer LC invoices, legal disputes, unapplied cash

• Prepare AP/AR journal entries, accruals, and audit documentation

• Generate AP/AR aging reports, forecasts, and commitment reports

• Support ERP process improvements and automation initiatives

2. Inventory Accountant – Oracle ERP

• Reconcile Oracle Inventory sub-ledger with GL

• Analyze inventory transactions: receipts, transfers, issues, adjustments

• Perform month-end and year-end inventory closing

• Maintain item master data, costing accuracy, and internal controls

• Generate valuation, movement, and cost variance reports

• Support audits, cycle counts, and cost rollups

• Recommend provisions for obsolete or excess inventory

• Participate in Oracle upgrades and data migrations

• يفضل من لديهم خلفية في مجال البناء

1. محاسب أول لحسابات المدفوعات والمقبوضات – Oracle ERP

• معالجة ومطابقة فواتير الموردين في نظام Oracle Payables

• ضمان دقة المدفوعات (شيكات، تحويلات، حوالات) وصرفها في الوقت المناسب

• تسوية دفاتر AP وAR مع دفتر الأستاذ العام

• متابعة حسابات العملاء، إدارة التحصيل، تطبيق المدفوعات

• التعامل مع فواتير الاعتماد المستندي، النزاعات القانونية، النقد غير المطبق

• إعداد قيود اليومية للمصاريف والإيرادات وتقديم الوثائق اللازمة للتدقيق

• إعداد تقارير الأعمار والتوقعات والتزامات الدفع

• دعم تحسين العمليات وتحديثات النظام في Oracle ERP

2. محاسب مخزون – Oracle ERP

• تسوية دفتر الأستاذ الفرعي للمخزون مع دفتر الأستاذ العام في Oracle

• تحليل معاملات المخزون: الاستلام، التحويل، الصرف، التعديلات

• تنفيذ إغلاق المخزون الشهري والسنوي

• تحديث بيانات الأصناف، وضمان دقة التكاليف والضوابط الداخلية

• إعداد تقارير تقييم المخزون، وتحليل الحركات، وفروقات التكلفة

• دعم عمليات التدقيق، والجرد الدوري، وتحليل التكاليف

• اقتراح مخصصات للمخزون الراكد أو الزائد

• المشاركة في ترحيل البيانات وتحديثات النظام في Oracle
