Recruitment Specialist (F&B Industry)

We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in local and overseas hiring for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience and must be currently residing in Kuwait with the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilties:

Handle full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of F&B roles including chefs, waitstaff, baristas, supervisors, and support staff.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies (local and international).
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selections.
Manage overseas recruitment processes including coordination with agencies, documentation, and visa
processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers, interview records, and candidate databases.

Prepare job offers and follow up on onboarding with the HR and admin teams.
Secondary (Admin-Related) Responsibilities: Coordinate interview schedules and onboarding logistics.
Assist in maintaining organized recruitment documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Proven experience in both local and overseas hiring.
Strong understanding of Kuwait labor laws and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Must be currently based in Kuwait and ready to join immediately.
