Job Requirements:

• 💼 8+ Years Experience

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• BA/BS in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 8+ years experience in architectural design coordination (commercial/residential preferred).
• Proficient in MEP coordination and design integration.
• Strong, current knowledge of materials and production.
• Excellent written, oral, visual communication and verbal interpretation skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong end-to-end project management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in: 3D Max, Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD (3D/2D), Adobe Creative Cloud.

Job Purpose

• Seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural and interior design from concept to completion. Must possess strong knowledge of design, materials, and detailing for both architecture and interiors.
• The role requires managing multiple projects, producing high-quality detailed design and full tender packages under strict timelines.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

• 🏗 مشاريع تجارية وسكنية
• 🕛 دوام كامل
• 💼 خبرة أكثر من 8 سنوات

المهارات والمعرفة والخبرة

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المعمارية الداخلية.
• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تنسيق التصميم المعماري (يفضل تجاري / سكني).
• كفاءة في تنسيق وتكامل التصميمات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة.
• معرفة قوية وحديثة بالمواد والإنتاج.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي والبصري والتفسير اللفظي.
• يعمل بشكل جيد بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
• إدارة قوية للمشروع من البداية إلى النهاية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
• إجادة: 3D Max، Revit، SketchUp، AutoCAD (3D/2D)، Adobe Creative Cloud.

غرض الوظيفة

• مطلوب مهندس معماري أول لقيادة التصميم المعماري والداخلي من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ. يشترط أن يتمتع بمعرفة واسعة بالتصميم والمواد والتفاصيل المعمارية والداخلية.
• يتطلب الدور إدارة مشاريع متعددة وإنتاج تصميم مفصل عالي الجودة وحزم عطاءات كاملة في إطار زمني صارم.
