Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Civil Engineering
3 to 8 years of practical experience in telecom infrastructure implementation
Strong expertise in OFC deployment: supervision, installation, splicing, testing, commissioning
Experience in preparing TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report), site surveys, and field documentation
Previous work experience in Kuwait or the Gulf region preferred
Proficient English communication skills (spoken and written)
Age limit: Up to 45 years
Responsibilities
Supervise, install, test, operate, and execute Optical Fiber Cable works
Prepare TSSR and other technical survey documents
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards
Monitor site progress and report daily to stakeholders
Support troubleshooting and resolve project issues promptly

الإشراف على تركيب واختبار وتشغيل كابلات الألياف الضوئية
