يقدم هذا الدور الدعم المباشر للعملاء من خلال التعامل مع الاستفسارات، وحل المشكلات الأساسية، وضمان تجربة عميل ممتازة. هذا الدور مثالي للخريجين الجدد الذين يتطلعون لبدء مسيرتهم المهنية في خدمة العملاء ضمن بيئة ديناميكية وداعمة. ستتفاعل مع العملاء عبر الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، الدردشة، أو حضورياً، وتقدم معلومات دقيقة وتحل المشكلات. توثيق التفاعلات مع العملاء باستخدام نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) جزء من مهامك، إلى جانب تصعيد القضايا المعقدة للمشرفين. يتطلب الدور العمل الجماعي والالتزام بالإجراءات والتعلم المستمر من خلال التدريبات والملاحظات. ستتعاون مع فرق المبيعات، اللوجستيات، وتقنية المعلومات لضمان تجربة خدمة متكاملة.

الشروط

• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، الاتصال، أو مجالات ذات صلة.

• لا يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة، يُشجع الخريجون الجدد على التقديم.

• خبرة تدريبية أو مشاريع جامعية في أدوار تواصل مع العملاء ميزة إضافية.

• مهارات تواصل شفوية وكتابية قوية بالعربية والإنجليزية.

• موقف إيجابي وتركيز على العميل أولاً.

• مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات وإدارة الوقت.

• معرفة أساسية بالحاسوب وطبيعة تقنية.

• الرغبة في التعلم والتطور المهني.
