• Business Applications Specialist (Oracle Fusion HCM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or support implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core
• HR. Time & Labos, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management. Collaborate with HR and Business teams to understand organization specific HH
• processes and configure, maintain and support the system accordingly.
• Develop reports using Bl Publisher: OTBI, HCM Extracts, and provide analytics for HR decision malcing
• Create and manage Fast Formulas for payroll, absence, and other rules
• Coordinate with technical teams to manage system integrations with third-party systems like biometric attendance system and other relevant extemal system.
• Provide ongoing functional support and serve as the primary point of contact for HR system troubleshooting and optimization.

Education, Qualifications and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
• -Dracle Fusion HCM Cloud expertise
• Deep understanding of HR functions and business cycles such as onboarding performance management, promotions, and payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of HCM data tanding of HCM data models, workflow configuration, and security roles.
• Experience writing Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits, etc. Report Development (BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, SQL, and data analysis)
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Web Services, and middleware tools (eg. Oracle Integration Cloud).
