Job Summary

• We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Kuwait.
•  The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints efficiently and professionally, identifying the root cause of issues, and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Analyze customer issues to identify the source of the problem.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Senior Supply Chain Officer

Job Purpose:

• The Senior Supply Chain Officer at ABYAT , your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
•  You will be responsible for coordinating with various internal departments to facilitate smooth order fulfilment, resolving any issues or discrepancies, and providing support to customers throughout the order life-cycle.

Job Duties:

• Initiate PO process by requesting Proforma Invoice from the vendor, create PO in SAP after reconciling
• Follow up internally to get PO fully released in the system.
• Communicating released PO details with the vendor and getting acknowledged with initial readiness details.
• Follow up to finalise payment term requirements (LCs, Advance etc.)
• Follow up with the vendor until getting the readiness to arrange shipment.
• Nominating Freight forwarder for the shipment after analysing tendering process
• Pre-Shipment follow-ups with vendors and forwarders to ensure shipment processes are managed properly.
• Creating Shipments in SAP System - Inbound Creation, Shipment Creation, Cost Creation.
• SABER document process for KSA Shipments
• Post-Shipment follow-ups with the vendor and forwarders to collect original shipment documents on time for customs clearance
• Tracking Shipment and updating events in the SAP system (ETD/ETA/ATP etc.)
• Settling Shipment discrepancy (Excess/ Shortage)
• Settling commercial invoice variance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field required
• +7 years of experience in the same role.
• High Communication skills
• Follows directions and procedures.
• Focuses on results and achieving personal work objectives. Works best when work is related closely to results and the impact of personal efforts is obvious.
• Outstanding Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
• SAP knowledge background

• نحن نبحث عن موظف خدمة العملاء للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الكويت.
•  سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء بكفاءة واحترافية، وتحديد السبب الجذري للمشاكل، وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة مرضية.

• معالجة شكاوى العملاء وحلها بسرعة وفعالية.

مسؤول سلسلة التوريد الأول

غرض الوظيفة:

• باعتبارك مسؤول سلسلة التوريد الرئيسي في ABYAT، فإن مسؤوليتك الأساسية هي الإشراف على دورة معالجة الطلبات من البداية إلى النهاية وإدارتها، وضمان الدقة والكفاءة ورضا العملاء.
•  ستكون مسؤولاً عن التنسيق مع مختلف الإدارات الداخلية لتسهيل تنفيذ الطلبات بسلاسة، وحل أي مشكلات أو تناقضات، وتقديم الدعم للعملاء طوال دورة حياة الطلب.

مهام الوظيفة:

• ابدأ عملية طلب الشراء عن طريق طلب فاتورة أولية من البائع، ثم قم بإنشاء طلب شراء في SAP بعد التوفيق
• متابعة داخليًا للحصول على إصدار أمر الشراء بالكامل في النظام.
• التواصل بشأن تفاصيل أمر الشراء الصادر مع البائع والحصول على إقرار بتفاصيل الجاهزية الأولية.
• متابعة استكمال متطلبات شروط الدفع (الاعتمادات المستندية، السلفة، الخ.)
• متابعة مع البائع حتى الاستعداد لترتيب الشحنة.
• ترشيح وكيل الشحن للشحنة بعد تحليل عملية تقديم العطاءات
• متابعة ما قبل الشحن مع البائعين وشركات الشحن لضمان إدارة عمليات الشحن بشكل صحيح.
• إنشاء الشحنات في نظام SAP - إنشاء الوارد، إنشاء الشحنة، إنشاء التكلفة.
• عملية توثيق سابر لشحنات المملكة العربية السعودية
• متابعة ما بعد الشحن مع البائع وشركات الشحن لجمع مستندات الشحن الأصلية في الوقت المحدد للتخليص الجمركي
• تتبع الشحنات وتحديث الأحداث في نظام SAP (ETD/ETA/ATP وما إلى ذلك)
• تسوية التناقض في الشحنة (الزيادة/النقص)
• تسوية فروق الفاتورة التجارية

المؤهلات:

• يشترط الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة الصناعية أو سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة
• +7 سنوات من الخبرة في نفس الدور.
• مهارات تواصل عالية
• يتبع التوجيهات والإجراءات.
