✅ Requirements

Receptionist (Filipino Female)

• High School Diploma or higher

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance

Quality Assurance Supervisor (F&B Experienced Only)

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC within the Food & Beverage industry

• Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards

• Ability to lead, train, and implement QA protocols

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

🛠️ Responsibilities

Receptionist

• Manage front desk activities and welcome visitors

• Answer and direct phone calls promptly

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Coordinate administrative support when needed

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information

Quality Assurance Supervisor

• Monitor food safety and quality systems in production

• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with standards

• Train staff on hygiene practices and quality control

• Report non-conformities and suggest corrective actions

• Maintain QA documentation and reports

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو أعلى

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل معرفة باللغة العربية

• مظهر احترافي وشخصية لبقة

مشرف ضمان الجودة (خبرة في مجال الأغذية والمشروبات فقط)

• بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في تكنولوجيا الأغذية أو مجال مشابه

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال ضمان الجودة في صناعة الأغذية والمشروبات

• معرفة قوية بمعايير سلامة الغذاء (HACCP، ISO)

• القدرة على تدريب الموظفين وتطبيق معايير الجودة

• مهارات قيادية وتواصل فعالة

🛠️ المسؤوليات

موظفة استقبال

• إدارة أنشطة مكتب الاستقبال والترحيب بالزوار

• الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية وتوجيهها

• الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة الاستقبال

• تقديم الدعم الإداري عند الحاجة

• التعامل مع الاستفسارات وتوفير المعلومات الدقيقة

مشرف ضمان الجودة

• مراقبة نظم جودة وسلامة الأغذية في الإنتاج

• إجراء التدقيقات الداخلية وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير

• تدريب الموظفين على الممارسات الصحية ومراقبة الجودة

• الإبلاغ عن حالات عدم المطابقة واقتراح الحلول

• الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق ضمان الجودة
