Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a Site Supervisor in Ready-Mix Concrete

• GCC work experience preferred

• Solid knowledge of site coordination and concrete pouring

• Basic technical understanding of Civil or Construction Engineering

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with safety protocols and site documentation

Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete pouring and site crews

• Coordinate with batching plants, logistics, and construction teams

• Ensure quality placement, compaction, and curing of concrete

• Monitor safety and compliance with project standards

• Maintain accurate site records and reports

• Manage equipment dispatch and return

• إلمام بإجراءات السلامة وتوثيق الموقع

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على صب الخرسانة وفرق العمل في الموقع

• التنسيق مع محطات الخلط واللوجستيات وفرق البناء

• ضمان جودة الصب والدمك والمعالجة

• مراقبة السلامة والامتثال لمعايير المشروع

• الحفاظ على سجلات وتقارير الموقع بدقة

• إدارة إرسال المعدات وعودتها
