Project Manager – Substation Construction (MEW Approved)
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical substations or power infrastructure projects
MEW (Ministry of Electricity & Water – Kuwait) approval as Project Manager is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Valid Kuwait Driving License
Arabic proficiency required (speaking and reading preferred)
Strong knowledge of substation construction, power distribution systems, and electrical infrastructure projects
Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
Immediate joining preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise substation construction projects from start to completion
Review and approve engineering drawings, technical submissions, and method statements
Coordinate with MEW authorities, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and per technical and safety standards
Monitor procurement of materials and equipment; ensure proper documentation and reporting
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling high-voltage substations and infrastructure projects
Strong coordination skills with government authorities and utility providers
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
Substation Construction Supervisor
Location: Kuwait
Requirements:
6–8 years of experience in electrical substation construction projects
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience working with MEW specifications and standards preferred
Valid Kuwait driving license preferred
Basic Arabic communication skills preferred
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily substation construction activities at site
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, MEW standards, and safety requirements
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers
Monitor work progress and report to the Project Manager / Site Engineer
Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment at site

اعتماد MEW كمدير مشروع إلزامي
بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة
رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية
إجادة اللغة العربية (يفضل تحدث وقراءة)
معرفة قوية ببناء المحطات الفرعية وأنظمة توزيع الطاقة
مهارات قيادة، إدارة مشاريع، واتصال ممتازة
يفضل الانضمام الفوري
المسؤوليات:
إدارة والإشراف على مشاريع إنشاء المحطات الفرعية من البداية حتى الانتهاء، التخطيط، والجدولة، ومتابعة تقدم المشروع لضمان الالتزام بالميزانية والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة
مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الهندسية، المستندات الفنية، وطرق العمل، والتأكد من التوافق مع مواصفات MEW ومعايير السلامة
التنسيق مع السلطات، الاستشاريين، المقاولين، والمقاولين الفرعيين لضمان الالتزام باللوائح
متابعة استكمال المشروع في الوقت المحدد وبالميزانية والمعايير الفنية والسلامة، وعقد اجتماعات منتظمة في الموقع وإعداد التقارير للإدارة
متابعة شراء المواد والمعدات المطلوبة وضمان التوثيق والتنسيق مع جميع الأطراف
المهارات المفضلة:
خبرة في إدارة محطات كهربائية عالية الجهد ومشاريع البنية التحتية
مهارات تنسيق قوية مع الجهات الحكومية ومزودي الخدمات
القدرة على إدارة أصحاب المصلحة وجداول المشاريع بفعالية
مسمى وظيفي: مشرف إنشاء محطات فرعية

المتطلبات:
خبرة 6–8 سنوات في مشاريع إنشاء المحطات الكهربائية
دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة
خبرة بالعمل وفق مواصفات ومعايير MEW مفضلة
رخصة قيادة كويتية مفضلة
مهارات تواصل أساسية باللغة العربية مفضلة
المسؤوليات:
الإشراف اليومي على أنشطة إنشاء المحطات الفرعية في الموقع
التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفق الرسومات المعتمدة، معايير MEW ومتطلبات السلامة
التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع، المقاولين الفرعيين، والعمال
متابعة تقدم العمل وإبلاغ مدير المشروع / مهندس الموقع
ضمان الاستخدام السليم للمواد والعمالة والمعدات في الموقع
