🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audits across retail operations, warehouses, and corporate departments

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational processes

• Identify and mitigate risks related to store operations, finance, inventory, and supply chain

• Deliver clear and actionable audit findings and recommendations to senior management

• Ensure full adherence to internal policies and external regulations

• Collaborate with key departments to enhance internal processes and support continuous improvement

• قيادة وتنفيذ عمليات التدقيق الداخلي في الفروع والمخازن والإدارات المركزية

• تقييم فعالية نظم الرقابة الداخلية والامتثال والكفاءة التشغيلية

• تحديد المخاطر وإدارتها في عمليات المتاجر والعمليات المالية والمخزون وسلسلة التوريد

• تقديم تقارير وتوصيات واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ للإدارة العليا

• التأكد من الالتزام التام بالسياسات الداخلية واللوائح التنظيمية

• التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لتحسين الإجراءات الداخلية ودعم التحسين المستمر

👤 المتطلبات

• معرفة قوية بأطر العمل في قطاع التجزئة

• القدرة على إدارة عمليات التدقيق بشكل مستقل
