What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and developing your team to achieve high levels of revenue while ensuring operational compliance and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, implement brand standards, and drive sales.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain professional relationships with key business partners.
Ensure customer feedback is provided on Marketing, Buying, and Planning to relevant teams.
Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
Monitor sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, providing recommendations to improve performance.
Drive sales and identify commercial opportunities to exceed targets.
Lead by example in cultivating a culture of excellent customer service, resolving complaints effectively.
Manage stock loss prevention by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Analyze stock management to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
Recommend and manage sales promotions and brand activities.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed, including Health & Safety standards.
Oversee stocktakes and collaborate with the Operations team.
People Management
Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve goals.
Coach and motivate the team to enhance performance and ensure continuous development.
About You
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
5-7 years’ experience successfully running a profitable retail store.

إدارة الوقاية من فقدان المخزون من خلال الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
تحليل إدارة المخزون لضمان تعظيم فرص المبيعات.
التوصية وإدارة العروض الترويجية والمبيعات ونشاطات العلامة التجارية.
التأكد من تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الشركة، بما في ذلك معايير الصحة والسلامة.
الإشراف على عمليات الجرد والتعاون مع فريق العمليات.
