✅ Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

🧾 Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, offering insights to support strategic decisions.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial policies.

• Support audits and liaise with external auditors.

• فهم قوي لمبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية والرقابة الداخلية.

• إتقان برامج المحاسبة وحزمة Microsoft Office.

• من 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة، على أن تتضمن سنتين على الأقل في منصب قيادي.

• قيادة وإدارة قسم المحاسبة لضمان إعداد التقارير المالية بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب.

• الإشراف على عمليات الإغلاق المالي الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.

• إعداد ومراقبة الميزانيات والتوقعات، وتقديم رؤى لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية.

• ضمان الالتزام باللوائح المحلية والسياسات المالية الداخلية.

• دعم عمليات التدقيق والتنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين.
