Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles

• Solid understanding of platforms, audience engagement, and social trends

• Strong writing skills and a creative content mindset

• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Plan and schedule visually compelling content including images, reels, and stories

• Analyze performance metrics to guide improvements and reporting

• Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform updates

• Manage community interactions by replying to messages and moderating comments

• Ensure visual and messaging consistency across campaigns

• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns as needed

MEDIA STORY هي وكالة تسويق رقمي مقرها الكويت، متخصصة في صياغة استراتيجيات تواصل اجتماعي فعالة، وإنشاء محتوى جذاب، وتنفيذ حملات تؤثر في الجمهور. هدفنا هو أن نصنع الترند لا أن نتبعه فقط.

الشروط

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي أو التسويق الرقمي

• فهم قوي لمنصات التواصل وطرق جذب الجمهور وتحليل التفاعل

• مهارات كتابة إبداعية وقدرة على إعداد محتوى مبتكر

• إتقان استخدام أدوات التصميم مثل Canva أو Adobe يعتبر ميزة إضافية

• معرفة بأدوات التحليل مثل Meta Business Suite أو Google Analytics

• القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة وتنفيذ المهام ضمن الجداول الزمنية

• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تعتبر أولوية

المهام

• إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مخصصة لكل منصة (إنستغرام، تيك توك، فيسبوك، لينكدإن...)

• جدولة ونشر محتوى بصري مميز (صور، فيديوهات قصيرة، ستوريات...)

• تحليل نتائج الأداء وتحسين الحملات بناءً على البيانات

• متابعة التحديثات والخوارزميات الجديدة لضمان مواكبة التغيرات

• التفاعل مع المتابعين وإدارة علاقات الجمهور الرقمي

• ضمان تناسق الهوية البصرية والرسائل عبر المنصات

• تنفيذ حملات إعلانية ممولة عند الحاجة
