Procurement Executive
Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in Shuwaikh Industrial, Kuwait.
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our organization's procurement processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Analyze market trends, conduct research, and identify potential suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their procurement needs
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor information
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and ERP systems
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with vendors
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Contract management expertise
- Experience in international sourcing and vendor management
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations
- Understanding of supply chain management principles
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM) preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- نحن نبحث عن مسؤول مشتريات يتمتع بمهارات عالية وخبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في منطقة الشويخ الصناعية بالكويت.
- سيلعب المرشح المثالي دورًا حاسمًا في إدارة عمليات المشتريات في مؤسستنا، وضمان فعالية التكلفة، والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع البائعين.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المشتريات المتوافقة مع أهداف المنظمة
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق وإجراء البحوث وتحديد الموردين المحتملين
- التفاوض على العقود والاتفاقيات مع البائعين لتأمين شروط مواتية
- إدارة دورة المشتريات بأكملها، من الطلب إلى الدفع
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لفهم وتلبية احتياجاتهم الشرائية
- تقييم واختيار الموردين على أساس التكلفة والجودة وأداء التسليم
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمشتريات والعقود ومعلومات البائعين

المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال المشتريات أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج MS Office 365 وأنظمة ERP
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والقدرة على بناء علاقات مع البائعين
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية، شفهيًا وكتابيًا
- مهارات متقدمة في استخدام برنامج Excel وتحليل البيانات
- خبرة في إدارة العقود
- خبرة في مجال المصادر الدولية وإدارة البائعين
- معرفة متعمقة بأفضل ممارسات ولوائح المشتريات
- فهم مبادئ إدارة سلسلة التوريد
